The Beverly YMCA is seeking certified lifeguards to join our aquatics team for early morning coverage. This position is perfect for college students or retirees who want to start their day making a difference in the community!

What You'll Do:

Open the indoor pool and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all members. Provide vigilant lifeguard coverage during early morning swim sessions and classes. Engage positively with members while modeling our Y values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility . Maintain focus on safety, attention to detail, and teamwork.
