Duties Greet children and families warmly as they arrive, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to their day Supervise children during arrival routines, including handwashing, breakfast, and free play Implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and early learning Maintain a safe environment by monitoring classroom spaces and adhering to safety protocols Support children with special needs or disabilities through personalized care and inclusive activities Assist with classroom management to foster positive behavior and engagement among children Communicate effectively with parents and team members about children's needs, progress, and daily activities Experience Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education Experience caring for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers in daycare or nannying roles Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable; willingness to obtain if not already certified Background working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Join us in creating joyful mornings for children while building your career in early childhood education!
