Job Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader in wastewater treatment and project management to join their team in Baltimore, MD. This is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of complex and impactful municipal infrastructure projects across the Mid and South Atlantic regions. As the Wastewater Treatment Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of wastewater engineering, driving innovation, and mentoring the next generation of engineering professionals. Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert in wastewater treatment design Lead the development of project deliverables and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams Solve complex technical challenges and evaluate the feasibility of alternative solutions Manage a portfolio of wastewater facility projects from concept through construction Deliver exceptional client service with a focus on quality, timeliness, and collaboration Mentor junior engineers and foster team growth and development Oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, and subconsultants to pursue and execute projects Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with municipal and private utilities Support leadership in marketing and business development efforts
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering field 15+ years of experience in municipal wastewater treatment consulting Proven track record in project delivery and client relationship management Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensePreferred:
