Job Description

Category Imaging - Echo Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a professional with expertise in echocardiographic imaging to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. Utilize your echocardiography skills to support patients and collaborating healthcare teams, ensuring accurate diagnostics and timely reporting.
Key Qualifications:
Certification or registry in echocardiography (RDCS or equivalent) Demonstrated experience operating echo equipment in a clinical setting Proficiency in performing and interpreting 2D/M-mode, Doppler, and color flow studies Knowledge of patient positioning and safety best practices Excellent communication skills for collaborating with physicians and patients Ability to maintain thorough and accurate records in electronic medical systems
Responsibilities:
Perform echocardiographic examinations including adult, pediatric, and stress echoes as needed Analyze and interpret test results to assist in the diagnosis of cardiac conditions Maintain imaging equipment and report any malfunctions or issues Prepare exam rooms, ensuring all necessary supplies and documentation are in place Provide clear instructions and compassionate care to patients during procedures Adhere to infection control procedures and organizational protocols Deliver timely, detailed technical reports to supervising clinicians Participate in quality assurance and continuing education activities
