Job Description

Category Imaging - Echo Job Type Contract Take the next step in your imaging career by providing exceptional diagnostic care as an Echo Tech. This opportunity focuses on delivering accurate and timely echocardiography services in a dynamic outpatient environment.
Schedule/Hours:
5x8 hour shifts per week
Days:
8:00am-4:30pm
Desired Qualifications:
Current BLS certification Certification through CCI or ARDMS Minimum of 2 years of experience working in outpatient (OP) settings Advanced understanding of cardiac anatomy and echocardiographic protocols Proficient with imaging equipment and digital health records Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality echocardiograms as ordered by physicians Assess cardiac anatomy and function, recognizing normal and abnormal results Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout each procedure Accurately document procedures and findings in electronic medical records Collaborate closely with cardiologists, physicians, and fellow technologists Maintain imaging equipment and troubleshooting basic technical challenges Manage workflow efficiently to support a high-volume outpatient schedule Why Consider This Opportunity?
