We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Administrator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and optimize ecommerce workflows, analyze data, and implement process improvements. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ecommerce, possess strong analytical skills, be proactive, and have a high level of digital literacy. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills and a commitment to thorough follow-through. We are two sister brands operating from a shared space, collaborating on various responsibilities: Z Athletic, specializing in gymnastics equipment supply, and Wild Kids, focused on indoor play equipment for children. Basic Duties/Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Platform Management Create, audit, and maintain Amazon product listings (titles, bullets, images, backend keywords) Ensure listings align with internal standards and brand guidelines (as provided by marketing) Identify and fix listing issues (suppressed listings, errors, missing content) Monitor FBA inventory levels and in-stock rates Coordinate replenishment planning and shipment creation Track stranded, reserved, and inbound FBA inventory Identify risks (stockouts, excess inventory, storage fees) Shipping & Cost Monitoring Review and analyze shipping charges and discrepancies Ensure correct fulfillment settings and configurations Flag cost inefficiencies and recommend improvements Requesting and managing LTL quotes when needed Operational Support Planning and assisting Operations projects Assist with cross-functional initiatives across ecommerce and warehouse operations Build and maintain reports (inventory, profitability, listing audits) Troubleshoot issues across Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and internal systems Returns and Reverse Logistics Process and track incoming return shipments Identify trends in returns and flag product or listing issues Coordinate with warehouse team on inspections and restocking General Learning and utilizing multiple software programs and websites for data entry, inventory management, label creation, and report generating. Programs such as warehouse management software (Sellercloud, Skustack), shipping programs (Shipbridge, Shipstation, Amazon Shipping, LTL websites), Amazon websites (Amazon FBA, Amazon Vendor, Amazon Dropship), and Shopify. Create, organizing and maintaining digital and physical documents
Qualifications:
Ability to be the expert - we are a small company, many times only one person will know how to use a specific program or tool. Our new team member will need to own their digital space and will need to be the expert of that area. Digital literacy and research skills, including the ability to analyze the reliability of information Familiar and comfortable with using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement Time management skills, the ability to multitask, and flexibility around projects and company needs High quality written and verbal communication skills Self motivated and have the ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others, generally be a team player Team member must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 lbs Hybrid work may be possible after 90 days.

Pay:
