Job Description As an Ecuadorian Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving success and innovation. Our work depends on an Ecuadorian Analyst joining our team to serve as a natively fluent language specialist with a cultural background in Ecuador to support a social media program in Tampa, FL. The preferred candidate will have the ability to read and write in a Spanish dialect native to the specified area, and proficiency in indigenous languages such as Quechua (Kichwa) and Shuar is a plus.
HOW AN ECUADORIAN ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Develops and maintains expertise with designated regional issues and draws upon publicly available online information resources. Reads, analyzes, and drafts communications regarding regional and ideological discussions in specified foreign language media environments. Examines current media statements or postings to support trend analysis and identifies key communicators. Demonstrates reading and writing expertise in the assigned language and incorporates custom social media solutions to comprehend online environments and communicate trends effectively. Supports operations planning and demonstrates knowledge of online social media and different technologies. Documents activities, notes, informative papers, or whitepapers written in English. May require the ability to work nonstandard hours and be on-call for periods of time. Some travel may be required.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required; extensive experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Experience:
Requires 0-3 years of related experience.
Security Clearance Level:
Minimum DoW Secret clearance required.
Skills and Abilities:
Native fluency in Spanish dialects specific to Ecuador. Ability to read and write in indigenous languages such as Quechua (Kichwa) and Shuar is a plus. Strong analytical skills to interpret regional and ideological discussions. Expertise in online social media platforms and technologies. Excellent writing and communication skills in both Spanish and English. Ability to document findings and produce informative papers or whitepapers. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment.

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
