EDI & Technology Coordinator

EDI & Technology Coordinator Position Summary Titan Transfer is looking for an EDI & Technology Coordinator to keep our transportation systems, customer integrations, and operational technology running smoothly across our nationwide trucking network. What You'll Do EDI & Customer Integrations

• Manage EDI communication and customer integrations
• Troubleshoot load tenders, tracking updates, invoicing, and API/EDI connectivity
• Coordinate onboarding and testing for new customer setups
• Work with customers, brokers, billing, and operations teams to quickly resolve issues
• Maintain EDI workflows, mappings, and documentation
• Partner with vendors to improve automation and system efficiencies Technology Support
• Support McLeod Software and transportation management systems (TMS)
• Troubleshoot operational software and system issues
• Assist with software updates, permissions, and integrations between platforms IT Help Desk Support
• Provide day-to-day technical support for office staff and drivers
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, email, and connectivity issues
• Set up computers, user accounts, and company devices
• Coordinate with outside IT vendors when escalated support is needed
• Track and manage help desk tickets to ensure timely resolution What We're Looking For
• Experience with EDI, transportation technology, or logistics operations
• Knowledge of McLeod Software or other TMS platforms
• Understanding of APIs, EDI workflows, and transportation operations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability and willingness to work onsite at our Shelbyville, TN office Preferred Experience
• Transportation or trucking industry experience
• Experience supporting nationwide shipper integrations
• Basic networking and mobile device management knowledge
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users What We Offer

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
