eDiscovery Project Manager Remote About the Role We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to lead end-to-end eDiscovery projects across the full lifecycle. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring projects are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with legal and regulatory standards. What You'll Do Manage eDiscovery projects across the entire EDRM lifecycle (collection through production) Coordinate with legal teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless execution Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Oversee data processing, document review workflows, and final productions Identify and mitigate project risks , ensuring quality control and compliance Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing status updates and issue resolution Ensure adherence to legal requirements, data governance, and best practices What We're Looking For Proven experience managing eDiscovery or litigation support projects Strong understanding of eDiscovery workflows and legal processes (EDRM) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors Experience with eDiscovery tools (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, Everlaw) Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards PMP or relevant project management certification
