What you will be doing Reaching out to new inbound inquiries within 24 hours and opening admissions discussions via phone Describing Novatio School's virtual approach and enrollment procedures using straightforward, accessible language Maintaining regular follow-up to advance families from initial inquiry through application and into enrollment Recording all engagement in a CRM with precise notes, planned next actions, and updated pipeline status Planning and conducting local recruitment events across Texas or Arizona to introduce the school and generate new prospect lists What you will NOT be doing Allowing inbound inquiries to remain unaddressed while completing administrative tasks Relying on scripted language or functioning as a high-volume call center representative Participating in events without actively engaging audiences or capturing new leads Dedicating most of your time to operational tasks during periods of active enrollment interest Key Responsibilities Transform emerging family interest into qualified, well-informed applicants who successfully complete enrollment at Novatio School.
