JOB The Test Proctor will provide support to the activities in the Huntsville Campus Testing Center.

Appropriate placement on salary schedule H30, grade 17: $20,032
Work Hours:
30 hours/week between the hours of 7:45 a.m.
- 5:15 p.m. Monday
- Thursday and 7:45 a.m.
- 11:45 a.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES 1.
Serve as test proctor for the Huntsville campus Testing Center. 2. Communicate with customers (faculty, other colleges, companies) via email and phone to give test information, answer questions, and schedule testing. 3. Register student test takers in administrative software system to ensure student accounts are charged. 4. Operate Excel or other database software to enter and maintain testing records. 5. Alert supervisor of any issues that are beyond implementing the policies and procedures of the testing center. 6. Proctor academic tests according to faculty or supervisor specifications. 7. Administer the paper and pencil based WorkKeys assessment. 8. Dispense tests to students. 9. Check identification of students. 10. Answer student questions about tests. 11. Notify supervisor, IT and/or instructor when technical issues arise with academic tests in order to resolve basic IT issues for computer based assessments (non-academic). 12. Work with vendors' technical support over the phone to resolve IT problems that are outside the testing center. 13. Make routine decisions in order to implement the policies and procedures of the testing center. 14. Check in students for testing. 15. Enter test passwords in computer-based testing system to start tests. 16. Operate and maintain video equipment. 17. Administer the designated exam for admission into college Nursing program. Remove
