INTERNAL POSTING
This position is posted in compliance with Alabama Code §16-22-15. It is the intent to place a current employee in this position. Provide clerical support to the Adult Education department and be responsible for general office duties including data entry, filing and managing records, receiving callers and visitors and performing other related work as assigned. This position is not eligible for non-probationary status.Salary:
Appropriate placement on ACCS Salary Schedule (Download PDF reader) H30, Grade 16: $21,664- $28,304 (Salary placement within this range is determined by your documented years of full-time related work experience)
Work Hours:
30 hours/week between the hours of 7:45 a.m.- 5:15 p.m. Monday
- Thursday and 7:45 a.m.
- 11:45 a.
- unpacking and disbursement.

Unused sick leave is rolled over to the following year. Upon retirement, employees are allowed to convert unused sick time into service time for the purpose of retirement. Responsibility for the management and administration of the TRS is vested in its Board of Control. Duty Hours (hours vary by campus and needs of the student) Tuition Assistance This tuition waiver program is designed for all full-time instructional and non-instructional employees of The Alabama College System and the Alabama Department of Postsecondary Education and their dependents as defined under by policy. The program will be coordinated by each institution for employees within The Alabama College System and the Alabama Department of Postsecondary Education.
