The Strides program supports approximately 80 adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in obtaining independent living, academic, and workplace skills. The program also includes community integration and workplace support for our students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting integrated employment for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, able to work with professional community partners, and able to support job skill development for our students.
