As an Adult Activity Center Instructor in Paso Robles, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals as they develop essential life skills. Participate in creating curriculums and teaching! Part Time is Monday Wednesday Friday from 8:30 to 3:30 pm. Responsibilities Lead engaging group and individual sessions focused on developing adaptive skills, independent living, and vocational abilities for adults with disabilities Support participants in achieving their individualized goals as outlined in their Individual Service Plans (ISP) Foster positive social interactions and encourage community participation Serve as a mentor and role model, promoting confidence and personal growth Maintain accurate documentation of participant progress and program activities Collaborate with team members to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment Qualifications Valid California drivers license and reliable transportation- driving is required Ability to pass a LiveScan background check and professional reference checks Demonstrated compassion, patience, and professionalism Basic technology skills Experience in caregiving, education, or support services is a plus, but not required Compensation $23.00 per hour plus training and perks.
