Evening & Weekend Availability About The Language School The Language School is a fast-growing English and Spanish school for adults in Denver. Since opening our new location, we have experienced rapid growth and are currently adding multiple new classes every month. We are looking for culturally aware bilingual instructors who can help adult learners communicate confidently in English through conversation-based classes. Important:
Evening & Weekend Availability Needed Our highest-demand class times are:
Monday-Friday:
5:30 PM - 8:30 PM Saturdays & Sundays Teachers looking for more hours and long-term growth opportunities should be available during at least some of these time slots. What You'll Do Teach small-group adult ESL classes Lead conversation-based English lessons Use our structured curriculum and presentations (no lesson planning required) Help adult students build confidence speaking English Create a positive and professional classroom environment Follow our teaching system and classroom structure exactly as trained What Makes This Different Most ESL teachers spend unpaid hours creating lesson plans and designing activities.
At The Language School:
We provide the curriculum and lesson plans We provide training and ongoing professional development We focus on conversation, confidence, and communication We use a structured system developed and refined since 2007 Your job is to learn the system, teach engaging classes, and help students succeed.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities Starting Pay:
$25/hour
Growth Opportunities:
Teachers who successfully learn our system and demonstrate strong classroom leadership, professionalism, reliability, and student retention may qualify for additional opportunities as the school grows.
These opportunities may include:
Pay increases to $30/hour for Lead Teachers Additional teaching hours and expanded responsibilities Paid management and leadership positions Opportunities to train and mentor new teachers Future School Director opportunities as we expand Long-term leadership and ownership opportunities As The Language School grows, we strongly prefer to promote from within whenever possible.
