Adult Therapy Supervisor

Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. The Adult Therapy Supervisor will provide ongoing supervision and coaching to the Adult Therapists and the Adult Therapist Interns. The Adult Therapy Supervisor will be responsible for keeping up with industry standards and trends as it relates to the job and participate in the sharing of innovative ideas to improve the service delivery model, processes, and ensure services are in line with best practice models. The Adult Therapy Supervisor will assist the Director of Outreach in the creation and management of the annual strategic plan and budget and will assist in the management of departmental grant outcomes. The Adult Therapy Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining an active case load and will ensure that all services provided are empowerment-based and are consistent with Department of Children and Families (DCF) standards.
