Job Description

Overview JTS is seeking an Instructor/Facilitator to deliver highly interactive, adult-learning-based leadership courses across several Leadership Programs. They design and execute experiential sessions, manage group dynamics, and align content to Army leadership objectives.
Responsibilities:
Deliver in-person leadership courses using experiential adult learning methodologies Build or tailor curricula to Army-provided standards; apply APG branding requirements Manage pre-work, handouts, journals, shipping and classroom readiness Facilitate reflection, group engagement, and transfer-to-job application Support evaluation, after-action inputs, and continuous improvement Ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse adult learners with varying levels of experience. Preferred qualifications include expertise in special operations, military intelligence certifications, experience in the defense sector, and familiarity with current trends in electronic warfare and signals intelligence. This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to share their knowledge while shaping the future of military intelligence capabilities through energetic instruction and innovative facilitation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Education/OD/Social Sciences (Master's preferred) or equivalent experience 5+ years facilitation in government/DoD or large enterprise leadership programs Demonstrated experiential learning (e.g., Kolb) and cohort-based delivery mastery MS Teams proficiency; able to adapt to varied learner populations
Preferred:
Prior senior federal/military leadership experience (GS-14+ equiv.)
