Job Description

Pacific College of Health and Science is seeking a reliable and professional part-time Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) Exam Proctor at our New York campus to administer and monitor the TEAS for prospective nursing students. This position is approximately 25-28 hours per week including some Saturdays.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Prepare testing materials and verify candidate identification. Administer TEAS examinations in accordance with testing policies and procedures. Monitor examinees during testing to ensure a secure and distraction-free environment. Enforce exam rules and maintain testing integrity. Assist candidates with check-in and basic testing procedures. Complete required testing documentation and report any irregularities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and professionalism. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to follow standardized procedures and maintain confidentiality. Basic computer proficiency. Prior testing, proctoring, educational, or administrative experience preferred.
Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics are representative of those an employee encounters while performing essential functions of the job in a typical office/workstation situation. Able to work sitting or standing at desk and operate a computer using keyboard and reading information on a monitor.
Salary Expectations:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
