ORA_ON_SITE Description We are looking for a passionate and experienced Adult Educator to join our team at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City. The Adult Educator will conduct and administer various classroom courses, ensuring high-quality education and training for Air Traffic Control (ATC) students. The Adult Educator may serve as the primary instructor for courses but will be paired with a Certified Professional Controller (CPC) who provides real-life scenarios and subject matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and administer classroom courses at the FAA Academy May serve as the primary class instructor, collaborating with a CPC Participate in Instructional System Design (ISD) projects, including the development, revision, and maintenance of ATC training courses Prepare and organize instructional materials and resources Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support

Qualifications Education:

Must have a bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) along with a teaching certification OR a master's degree in higher education from an accredited college or university

Training and Certification:

Candidates will receive FAA general and course-specific training Must become certified by the FAA to meet specific defined job duties and responsibilities US Citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
