We have rigorous academics that include Advanced Placement and Dual Enrollment courses taught on our high school campus complemented by award-winning elective programs in Agriculture, Music, and Graphic Arts, Media and Entertainment (GAME). The goals in the area of Connectedness include 100% of our students participating in at least one extra or co-curricular activity such as sports, music, academic competitions or active club membership. Job Summary Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as an ELO Program Staff Enrichment Specialist. This position will involve designing and implementing engaging enrichment activities, developing staff training, and contributing to the overall success of our Extended Learning Opportunities (ELO) program, which serves students in TK through 8th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and facilitate enrichment programs that align with the ELO mission. Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall student experience. Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements. Support the coordination of enrichment activities for students in TK through 8th grade.

Requirements:

Proven experience in education, youth development, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and populations. Commitment to enhancing student learning through engaging extracurricular activities.
