Topics for the internship will be: CEA practices impacting food safety Fresh cut facility EMP Cantaloupe production and fresh cut practices Full Consideration Date August 1, 2026 Brief Work Unit Description The Horticulture and Landscape Architecture department strives to discover, apply, and disseminate knowledge and technology while developing future leaders in the state, the nation, and the world. Horticulture Degree Programs | Landscape & Design at CSU Essential Job Duties 1. Media preparation 2. Lab organization 3. Perform CEA or Fresh cut evaluations, data recording and analysis 4. Occasional travel will be needed to ARDEC or LA Junta Research Stations 5.
