The teaching assignment may be at the Liberal Arts campus, the Trade Tech & Community Learning campus or other college teaching locations. The assignment may be day, evening, weekend, online or off campus and is subject to change as needed. Part-time faculty positions are as needed positions and do not accrue rights to tenure. Part-time faculty positions offer flexible hours and the opportunity to assist a diverse group of adult students in achieving their educational goals. - Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
- Master's in anthropology or archaeology; OR,
- Bachelor's in either of the above AND Master's in sociology, biological sciences, forensic sciences, genetics or paleontology; OR,

//get.adobe.com/reader/ All candidates must demonstrate Evidence of a sensitivity, understanding, and ability to manage the classroom environment AND effectively provide instruction to community college students of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds. Desirable Qualifications- Recent community college or lower division teaching experience;
- Willingness and ability to teach in person; and
- Preference for teaching biological anthropology lecture and lab.
- Ability and willingness to teach in-person at both LAC and TTC, as well as the Dual Enrollment program.
