Raleigh, NC Essential Job Duties:
The Department of Sociology and Anthropology at North Carolina State University (NC State) invites applications for a Lecturer position. Primary teaching responsibilities will be at the undergraduate level for the department's anthropology programs. Several hires may be made form this posting, with most positions teaching part-time and in person.
Other Work/Responsibilities:
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience/Education:
Applicant must have a master's degree in anthropology or related field, PhD preferred. Applicant must demonstrated evidence of teaching excellence.
Required Qualifications:
Strong commitment to excellence in teaching. Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Teaching experience at the university level.
Required License or Certification:
Discipline in Anthropology.
