Job Title ACC Archival Intern The Archives Intern will work under the supervision of the Archivist to process a portion of the Coors Family Collection.
Responsibilities:
Processing:
Arranging, identifying, and rehousing materials (folders, boxes) Archival Description:
Creating metadata, labeling, and creating a controlled vocabulary tomake materials searchable
•
Digitization:
Scanning documents and photographs and managing digital assets
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and research skills.
- Familiarity with digital archiving software or databases, including Excel is beneficial
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (required for handling boxes)
Duration:
June - August; orientation first week of
June Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on education level and experience.
