Records Processing Specialist NEO Surgical Group LLC Orlando, FL Job Details Full-time $15 - $22 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our Records Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate, compliant, and wellstructured records across the organization. This role requires strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage electronic records efficiently. Responsibilities Implement and follow archival processing procedures for effective records management Utilize taxonomy and classification principles to organize records accurately Maintain and update content management systems File, retrieve, and track physical and electronic records Manage metadata to improve searchability and retrieval accuracy Ensure all record-keeping practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies Proofread and review records for accuracy, consistency, and completeness Support administrative tasks related to record maintenance and departmental operations SkillsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in records management is a plus Proficiency in archival processing and record organization techniques Familiarity with taxonomy principles and metadata management Experience using content management or document management systems Strong organizational and timemanagement skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow compliance and confidentiality standards
