On-site What You'll Do Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Document Scanning & Records Clerk for a long-term temporary opportunity in Sarasota, FL. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in document management, data entry, administrative support, or office operations. In this position, you will help convert physical records into organized electronic files as part of a large-scale document digitization project. Daily responsibilities include preparing documents for scanning, removing staples and paper clips, operating scanning equipment, uploading and organizing electronic files, indexing records, and verifying document accuracy and readability. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced office environment with strict deadlines. Minimum Qualifications Previous experience with document scanning, records management, data entry, or administrative support preferred Strong computer and typing skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy Strong time management and ability to meet project deadlines Professional communication skills and dependable attendance Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workday Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, scanning, and handling documents Ability to lift and move file boxes or paperwork up to 20 pounds as needed Ability to perform repetitive filing and scanning tasks with attention to detail Benefits Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions, independently owned and operated since 1995, offers concierge-level health, dental, and vision benefits to eligible employees.
