Hours:
9A-1P M-F (flexible start time between 7A and 8:30A) Responsibilities Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials between departments Manage any label printing and documentation associated with shipping Review documents to ensure completeness and then move to uploading, scanning, forwarding documents as needed Print and scan lab documents for paper-based clients Scan incoming documents from clients Open incoming boxes of blood samples Package outgoing boxes with empty test tubes/sample kits Perform basic troubleshooting on printers/scanners Power on and prep printers Launch software and run batch reports for printing Sort and bundle printed client reports Package reports for shipment and print FedEx labels Ensure all client packages are neat, accurate, and ready to ship Coordinate and expedite workflow and materials across departments Review and distribute production, work, and shipment schedules Examine documents and materials for completeness and accuracy Track inventory levels, costs, and raw material usage Record production data and quality control results Requisition and maintain supplies to meet production needs Requirements High school diploma or GED is required 0-2 years related experience required Quick to learn new tasks and systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback Basic technical proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Office, and operating printers/scanners Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
