Overview of YOUR role as a Scanner You will be responsible for scanning utility service and main records, ensuring file legibility, and organizing digital files as part of a multi-office records digitization project.

As a Scanner YOU will:

Scan utility service and main records using a high-speed scanner Perform a quality check to ensure scan clarity and legibility Drag and drop scanned files into designated folders for migration Transport scanning equipment between up to 8 service centers (within 60 miles of each other) Participate in remote training on Day 1 Collaborate with client employees to safely move equipment using a handcart YOU are the ideal Scanner candidate if you have: Basic computer knowledge Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds Attention to detail and ability to self-check work Flexibility to travel between service centers (mileage reimbursed) Physical fitness to assist with light equipment transport It's a BONUS if you have: Previous experience with high-speed scanners Familiarity with document management or digitization projects Ability to adapt quickly to different office environments
