Document Scanner

RCS Staffing has an immediate need for a Document Scanner in Fall River, MA This is a full time, contract, on-site assignment with our client. Overview of YOUR role as a Scanner You will be responsible for scanning utility service and main records, ensuring file legibility, and organizing digital files as part of a multi-office records digitization project.

As a Scanner YOU will:

Scan utility service and main records using a high-speed scanner Perform a quality check to ensure scan clarity and legibility Drag and drop scanned files into designated folders for migration Transport scanning equipment between service centers (within 60 miles of each other) Participate in remote training on Day 1 Work onsite at the client's Fall River, MA location Collaborate with client employees to safely move and set up scanning equipment as needed YOU are the ideal Scanner candidate if you have: Basic computer knowledge Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds Attention to detail and ability to self-check work Flexibility to travel between service centers (mileage reimbursed) Physical fitness to assist with light equipment transport It's a BONUS if you have: Previous experience with high-speed scanners Familiarity with document management or digitization projects Ability to adapt quickly to different office environments About Our CLIENT Our Client is a global engineering, management, and development firm.
