Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Contract Design Team. Manage the Contract Team calendar and schedule meetings with suppliers and internal team. Prepare, label and organize samples for custom projects and new product lines. Assist in preparation for tradeshows and client presentations. Develop basic knowledge of fabric specs and finished product mechanicals. Track status of new collections from development through production. Identify and escalate potential delays to management proactively. Submit testing requests through appropriate channels and maintain records of product testing. Maintain standards for new collections and custom projects. Streamline both digital and physical record-keeping. Ensure the studio space and sample library are clean and organized. Restock supplies as needed. Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented culture. Participate in departmental meetings and trainings. Perform additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
4 day in-office schedule with option for 1 remote day/week. 1-2 years experience with product development (textiles preferred). Working knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word). Familiarity with Smartsheets or similar project managent platform. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities. Basic project management experience with strong attention to detail and proactive mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and flexibility.
SALARY RANGE
$55,000 - $70,000
