Job Description
Position:
Document Specialist Pay Rate:
$16.50/hrSchedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Overtime may be required)Location:
Parma, OH 44130 (Free parking available) Dress Code- Business casual attire
- Closed-toe shoes required (no Crocs)
- Jeans without tears are acceptable
- No leggings, gym/active wear, or clothing with offensive graphics or political statements Job Responsibilities
- Sort and open incoming mail
- Prepare documents for scanning
- Perform glass copying and other assigned tasks
- Operate scanning and printing equipment (experience is a plus) Requirements
- Ability to read and follow instructions in English
- Basic computer skills for training and scanning tasks
- Prior experience in a similar industry is preferred
- Knowledge of printing and scanning equipment is an advantage Additional Information
- Candidates should bring their own lunch (30-minute lunch break)
- Vending machines, refrigerators, and microwaves are available on-site
