Job Description:
The Department of Fine and Performing Arts invites applications for its Arts Management Adjunct Faculty Pool. We are seeking adjunct instructors to teach any of the following courses: Introduction to Arts Management (Fall 26, Spring 27) Performing Arts Management (Fall 26), Advanced Performing Arts Management (Spring 27) Grants and Fundraising (Spring 27), Financial Management (Spring 27), Career and Portfolio Workshop (Spring 27). MCLA seeks adjunct instructors committed to high-quality undergraduate teaching, student mentoring, and advancing the college's ongoing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the curriculum. Candidates with a strong commitment to working with a diverse student population are particularly encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
Graduate degree Work experience-Suitable work experience may be considered a viable substitute for a graduate degree
Additional Information:
These are part-time, temporary, semester-to-semester appointments (Fall and Spring), beginning Fall 2026. Positions are filled as course needs arise each semester. Salary for this position is $3,500-$7,480 per course Until further notice, in response to the Presidential proclamation, issued on September 19, 2025, imposing a significant fee on the entry of individuals with new H-1B visas, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
