Job Description

Piano Teacher — Faculty Position Two Positions Available • In-Studio, Colleyville, TX About the Role We are hiring two experienced piano teachers to join our faculty as we expand our current studio. These are in-person, in-studio positions ideally suited for pianists who are passionate about teaching a wide range of students — from absolute beginners through advanced, competition-level players. You will work within a structured, proven curriculum while bringing your own artistry and perspective to each lesson. Responsibilities Teach private piano lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, from beginner through advanced Maintain clear, proactive communication with students' families regarding progress and goals Participate in studio events, recitals, masterclasses, and community outreach programs Collaborate with the MTM team on studio events and community-building initiatives Maintain accurate lesson notes and student progress records within the MTM LMS Requirements Previous private piano teaching experience required Ability to teach students ranging from beginner to advanced level with equal effectiveness Degree or significant coursework in music performance, pedagogy, or music education Commitment to the vision and standards of Master the Music Strong interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues Available to teach in-studio, in person Compensation $30-$45/hr based on experience and length of employment at Master the Music Benefits & Perks Free subscription to Medici.
