About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sculpt Instructor who can confidently lead dynamic, high-intensity, low-impact 60-minute classes that emphasize: Mindful sequencing Proper muscle activation Controlled muscle failure Smart programming rooted in anatomy and biomechanics The ideal candidate can teach , not just perform — they can articulate what muscles are working, why the movement matters, and how to help clients progress safely and effectively. Responsibilities Lead 60-minute Sculpt classes with intentional, results-focused programming Develop thoughtful, structured sequences following the

pillars Provide confident hands-on and verbal corrections Engage with clients before and after class to create a strong community environment Demonstrate strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and safe progressions Collaborate with owner/lead instructor to maintain consistency and class quality Uphold studio cleanliness and professionalism standards Participate in ongoing instructor development and training

Qualifications Required:

2+ years of experience teaching group fitness (Sculpt, Strength, Pilates, Barre, Lagree, etc.) Certification in Sculpt or Group Fitness Strong background in muscles, anatomy, exercise science, and proper movement mechanics Ability to cue clearly and effectively for muscle activation and progression Ability to build intentional sequences focused on strength, tension, and muscular endurance Confident, motivating teaching presence

Preferred:
