• About Us We are a small team of artists running fully mobile business Painting & Vino Tucson.

We are locally, LGBT+ and woman owned! We run 3-7 events a week at bars, restaurants, homes, offices, country clubs, and more. Our events provide a guided introduction to acrylic painting in a fun, judgment-free setting. Some of our events are private while others are open to the public. Events take place in Oro Valley/Marana, Central Tucson, Vail, and more. Our vision is accessible art opportunities in a relaxed, judgment-free setting. Find us on Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok or visit our website for examples of our events. Who We're Looking For We're looking for an instructor to join our team! This individual will create paintings, teach events, and assist instructors at other events. MUST have strong people skills and confidence leading groups. Organized, communication and ability to work with a team are musts. We have 0-20 hrs of work/week to offer depending on team availability. Requirements

• 21+ years old
• Flexible weekend availability (Fri-Sun) is a must. We also require weekday availability 2+ days a week starting 3:30PM
• Ownership or access to vehicle
• Physically able and willing to lift bins weighing up to 50lbs
• Physically able and willing to load and unload materials before and after events
• Able to be on their feet for up to 8 hours on event days
• Flexible and willing to communicate consistently with team via Slack
• Customer service experience (people skills more important than painting experience for thisposition) & able to speak publicly/ facilitate large groups
• Organized and communicative
• Experienced in acrylic painting
• Able to commit to event dates 6+ weeks in advance
• Able to set up events efficiently & thoroughly in allotted time
• Able to communicate logistical needs with hotel and restaurant staff at events
• Patient enough to teach adults in social settings that can be loud
• Has access to home or paid laundry facility (cost will be reimbursed)
• Has space at home or studio to wash, dry cups and brushes (cleaning supplies provided)
• Has space to create paintings at home or studio (paint supplies provided)These are not studio art classes; our events take place in social, often loud environments.

Guests often enjoy beer and wine while painting. We work closely with restaurant staff to ensure the success of our events. Lastly, we encourage creativity. If participants would like to create their own renditions of the given lesson, they are welcome to.

English. Spanish helpful but not required

Storage Unit Location:

2825 N. 1st Ave. You will be provided a travel stipend for events more than a 30 minute drive from our storage unit.

Pay:

$18/hr plus tip share, bonuses for instructor tasks. $15.50/hr plus tip share for cleaning materials, training time, and assisting artists at events.
