Would you love to work where one-on-one relationships are warmly encouraged, and where a small group of staff support one another in a caring, family-like environment? Art Steps, a busy art studio for children, teens and adults, is looking for a kind, fun-loving artist with excellent realistic drawing and painting skills to teach the use of charcoal, pastels, watercolors, acrylics, oils and more. Art Steps provides paid training that includes artwork and in-classroom training for all of our teachers.

Qualifications:

Have good transportation, and live no more than 30 minutes away from one of our studio locations. A portfolio of realistic artwork Must be available to teach Tuesday and Friday afternoons, as well as M - F 8:30-12:30pm for Summer Workshops A fun, nurturing personality: outgoing and inspirational! Excellent communication skills Have a BFA or similar degree in art, or be working toward one Love to work in a team You must really like children to be considered for this position!
