Job Description

Overview:
Mindart Studio is seeking a passionate, skilled, and student-centered Art Teacher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in visual arts, experience working with students, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching in a creative studio environment. As an Art Teacher at Mindart Studio, you will deliver high-quality art instruction across a range of media, develop engaging lesson plans, and promote a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment for students of all ages and skill levels.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging art lessons aligned with studio curriculum and learning goals Teach a variety of art techniques and media, including drawing, painting, watercolor, mixed media, and digital art Guide students through creative processes while encouraging individual expression and technical growth Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback to support artistic development Prepare, organize, and maintain art materials and studio spaces Track student progress and maintain clear records of development Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and learning goals Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to create a supportive studio culture
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Arts, Art Education, or a related field Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency across multiple art media Previous experience teaching in an art studio, school, or educational setting preferred Ability to design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans Strong communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative, patient, and adaptable teaching style Passion for working with students of diverse ages and skill levels
