• If you also teach mat Pilates or other forms of yoga Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and inspiring Yoga Sculpt Instructor to lead dynamic fitness classes that blend traditional yoga with strength training, cardio, and body sculpting techniques.

In this role, you will motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals through engaging instruction, creative program design, and a positive, inclusive environment. As a key member of our health club team, you will foster a community focused on wellness, strength, and vitality while ensuring safety and proper technique throughout every session. Responsibilities Lead high-energy Yoga Sculpt classes that incorporate yoga poses with strength exercises such as bodyweight movements, weights, and cardio intervals Design innovative class programs that challenge participants while emphasizing proper body mechanics and safety techniques Demonstrate exercises clearly, providing modifications to accommodate all fitness levels and prevent injury Educate participants on physiology, anatomy, and the benefits of combined yoga and strength training to enhance their understanding and motivation Maintain a positive atmosphere that encourages group engagement, confidence, and enjoyment during each session Monitor participant form and technique to ensure safe practice and maximize results Promote upcoming classes, memberships, and personal training services to support fitness sales goals Skills Proven experience teaching group fitness classes with a focus on yoga, Pilates, or similar modalities Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics relevant to strength training and flexibility exercises Familiarity with program design principles for creating effective Yoga Sculpt sessions that incorporate cardio, weights, cycling or dancing elements Excellent communication skills to instruct clearly and motivate diverse groups of participants Ability to adapt exercises for different fitness levels while maintaining safety standards Background in sports coaching or personal training is highly desirable Passion for health club environments with an understanding of gym equipment use and CrossFit or cycling experience is a plus Join us as a Yoga Sculpt Instructor and help members elevate their fitness journey through energetic classes that combine strength, flexibility, and fun!
