This painting activity is designed to help our troop bond, build friendships, and create something uniquely beautiful together. Through art, the girls will have the opportunity to express their creativity while working alongside one another in a fun and supportive environment.
Materials Provided:
All painting materials will be provided, including canvases, paints, brushes, aprons, and any other necessary supplies. The instructor is only responsible for planning and leading the lesson.
Responsibilities:
Lead a one-hour flower painting lesson. Provide simple, step-by-step instruction appropriate for children. Encourage creativity and individual expression. Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive atmosphere. Help ensure each girl completes a painting she can proudly take home.
Qualifications:
Experience teaching art to children. Positive, patient, and encouraging teaching style. Ability to engage and manage a group of 14 girls. Previous experience leading painting workshops or youth art activities preferred. We are looking for someone who can make this a memorable experience and help our troop create beautiful artwork while strengthening friendships and teamwork.
