We create experiences people talk about for years. Art Magic Studio is a premium creative workshop studio with locations in Banker's Hill (San Diego) and Oceanside, CA — and we're growing. Our San Diego studio is the heartbeat of our bachelorette, date night, and corporate team-building bookings, and resin is one of our most requested experiences. We're looking for a passionate, energetic Epoxy Resin Instructor to join our Banker's Hill team and bring the magic to life. If you can make a room full of strangers feel like they've been best friends for years, light up when you talk about pigment behavior and pour techniques, and get genuinely excited watching someone fall in love with resin for the first time — keep reading. What You'll Do Lead epoxy resin workshops for adults, bachelorette parties, date nights, and corporate team-building events Teach signature techniques — ocean pours, cheeseboards, geode designs, coasters, and fluid layering Guide guests through every step: mold prep, resin-to-hardener ratios, color mixing, pour technique, troubleshooting, and finishing Maintain a safe studio environment (proper ventilation, PPE, cure protocols) Support and eventually lead offsite corporate events and private bookings across San Diego County Contribute to developing new workshop formats for our growing corporate catalog Handle light admin tasks related to class prep, scheduling, and student communication Be a brand ambassador for the Art Magic Studio experience — premium, fun, and unforgettable What We Offer Compensation Paid training period — up to 2 months of one-on-one onboarding with the studio founder $25

• 35/hour for studio workshops (based on experience) $32
• 38/hour for offsite events $20/hour for admin tasks (class prep, scheduling, communications) Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate for offsite events Performance bonuses tied to guest feedback and milestones Perks That Actually Matter Free studio time — 1 hour of personal studio use for every 20 hours worked (use our space and equipment for your own creative projects) Friends & family discount — 25% off all Art Magic Studio workshops for your people Supplies, materials, and curriculum provided for all classes Flexible part-time schedule (10-20 hrs/week), evenings and weekends A creative home base in the heart of Banker's Hill, walkable to Balboa Park and Little Italy You're Our Person If You… Have hands-on experience working with epoxy resin — you know your ratios, cure times, safety protocols, surface prep, and how to troubleshoot when something goes sideways (bubbles, sticky spots, color bleed, dimples) Have experience leading workshops, classes, or group instruction — not just making your own work.

Corporate event experience is a major plus.
