REMUNERATION
As per teacher's contract
Qualifications:
Must hold Connecticut Teaching Certificate in Art Education (042) Have working knowledge of pedagogical secondary arts developments with emphasis on drawing, painting & photography. Have high motivation and task orientation Have superior instructional skills, with a commitment to interdisciplinary instruction Ability to use alternate means of assessment for students
Responsibilities :
Carry out teaching assignments Responsible for teaching art classes five classes a day To work as a department member and a member of a faculty To consult with teachers, administrators, staff and parents on a continuing basis To carry out all facets of the teacher job description consistently, Professionally and enthusiastically The Newtown Public School District values the benefits that a diverse workforce brings to our students and community.
