The ideal candidate will foster a love of art while helping students develop creativity, self-expression, and confidence through a variety of artistic experiences. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging art lessons for students in PK-4. Introduce students to a variety of art techniques, materials, and cultural art traditions. Create a positive, organized, and inclusive classroom environment. Display student artwork throughout the school and at special events. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with teachers and administrators on school-wide projects and activities. Maintain art supplies and classroom equipment. Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, Education, or a related field preferred. Teaching certification preferred but not required depending on experience. Experience teaching children in elementary or early childhood settings. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Passion for fostering creativity and artistic exploration in young learners. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a school community.
