As an Crafts and Art Instructor, you will assist customers to ensure an excellent experience while creating beautiful pieces of art. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales and customer service. Responsibilities Welcome guests with enthusiasm and create a fun, friendly, and engaging studio atmosphere Guide guests step-by-step through Fluid Art, Resin Art, and other creative experiences for individuals, families, parties, and groups Assist customers in selecting experiences, projects, colors and embellishments Ensure guests have an exceptional experience from arrival through checkout Prepare materials, supplies, and workstations before classes and events Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing studio environment Process transactions accurately using the register and booking systems Follow all studio safety procedures and operational guidelines Support inventory organization, restocking, and general studio maintenance Capture high-quality, creative photos/videos of guest experiences and finished artwork to enhance the customer experience. Assist with promotional events, community outreach, and off-site activities Help encourage repeat visits, memberships, gift card sales, and special event bookings Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive, energetic environment Stay knowledgeable about studio experiences, products, promotions, and policies in order to best assist guests Assist with birthday parties, team-building events, ladies nights, and other private group experiences Contribute creative ideas for guest experiences, studio activities, and seasonal promotions Qualifications Passion for Arts and crafts Service-oriented. Positive attitude. Excellent communication skills. Computer and technology skills. Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service Willingness to work well in a team environment Able to self manage and follow procedures Ability to quickly and accurately work a register Willingness to work a flexible schedule
