The instructor will design and lead inspiring art sessions that encourage personal growth, confidence, and creativity among participants. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging art curriculum tailored to diverse participant needs and skill levels Lead interactive art sessions that promote self-expression, motivation, and confidence Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants Provide constructive feedback to help individuals improve their artistic skills and self-esteem Collaborate with team members to organize special workshops, events, or exhibitions that showcase participant achievements Maintain a safe and organized studio environment, ensuring all materials and equipment are used responsibly Stay current with trends in motivational art techniques and incorporate innovative approaches into sessions Requirements Passionate about inspiring others through art and motivational practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups of participants Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging lesson plans and activities Ability to foster a supportive environment that encourages personal growth through artistic expression Prior experience working with educational or community programs is a plus Must be committed to creating an inclusive space where all participants feel valued and motivated
