We are seeking a passionate Art Instructor to lead our young artists through engaging, hands-on projects that celebrate creativity, problem-solving, and expression. Position Overview:

As the Art Instructor, you will design and teach immersive art lessons that inspire students to explore different mediums, techniques, and styles. You'll guide them to see art not just as a subject — but as a language of innovation and storytelling. Your role will bring color, creativity, and confidence to our students, cultivating an environment where every child feels inspired to create, express, and innovate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on art lessons aligned with CIA's innovative learning model.
• Introduce students to a variety of art mediums (painting, clay, sculpture, collage, paper mache, and more).
• Integrate art with STEAM and interdisciplinary projects that promote creative problem-solving.
• Encourage self-expression while teaching foundational artistic techniques and appreciation.
• Organize art displays, exhibits, and community showcases to celebrate student work.
• Maintain a vibrant, organized, clean and safe art studio environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, Design, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience teaching or working with children in creative settings preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and inspiring approach to instruction.
• A true passion for empowering young creators and fostering innovation through art.
