Part Time Art Instructor

Adult & Community Enrichment (ACE) is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Art Instructor to organize and lead engaging group classes in watercolor painting, drawing, and colored pencil techniques for adult learners once a week, beginning in October 2026. This opportunity is ideal for a creative, community-minded individual who enjoys sharing artistic knowledge and inspiring others through education. Candidates should be able to teach a variety of styles and techniques appropriate for beginners through advanced students. The ideal instructor will foster a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to support and motivate adult learners of all experience levels. ACE offers more than 450 classes each year, six days a week, during morning, afternoon, and evening hours. All instructors are paid on an hourly basis, and we work around your schedule—you choose your own hours. No teaching certification is required.
