Job Description:
Plan, develop, and implement curriculum that includes instructional activities, lessons, and experiential learning opportunities across relevant subject areas, while intentionally incorporating discipleship and leadership development, diverse enrichment pathways, field trips, and hands-on experiences to foster holistic student growth and engagement.

Delivers experiential programming across robotics, coding, engineering challenges, science labs, digital design, and creative technology - including game design, 3D printing, video production, architecture, astronomy, and math enrichment.

Provide spiritual coaching and discipleship to students as required.

Effectively manage and maintain a well-ordered classroom environment by appropriately addressing student behavior and discipline consistent with school protocol, collaborating with support staff as needed to ensure the maintenance of school culture and the well-being of each student.

Maintain classroom management, etiquette, and discipline during instructional time, meal times, and outside time.

Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.

Work with leadership to maintain consistent contact with families regarding each student's needs and progress.

Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify student issues and recommend solutions.

Ensure that classrooms are kept orderly and clean on a daily basis.

Maintain accurate attendance and performance records.

Lead or assist in emergency evacuations or shelter-in-place procedures during drills or live emergencies.

Attend program-related meetings, conferences, and workshops.

Provide driving for student transportation (ages 25 and over) or serve as a bus rider (ages under 25).Participate in Summer Programming.
