The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality, a passion for art, and the ability to teach painting classes to individuals of all ages, from 9 years old to 99 years old. The Painting Instructor will be responsible for leading engaging and interactive acrylic painting classes while providing excellent customer service and creating a fun atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute high-quality acrylic paintings in various painting styles suitable for beginners to experienced painters. Lead painting classes and provide step-by-step instructions to participants of all skill levels. Engage with customers and create a welcoming and inclusive environment. Demonstrate excellent speaking skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups. Utilize time management skills to ensure classes run smoothly and efficiently. Proficiently use technology such as checking in customers, explaining QR codes, and potentially using software like Canva for promotional materials. Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from participants. Foster a positive and energetic atmosphere that encourages creativity and fun. Maintain a clean and organized studio space before, during, and after classes.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with acrylic paint. Strong artistic skills and the ability to create and teach a variety of painting styles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for working with people. Experience in customer service or leading group activities is preferred. Proficiency with technology and the ability to adapt to new software and tools. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. This is not a traditional art class this is FUN ART not

The Wine and Design way makes it easy. The Guest make it their own. Each art session will require around 4 hours of commitment, which includes prep, teaching and clean up.
