Certified Yoga Instructor - Sculpt, Mama & Me Yoga Classes

Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Certified Yoga Instructor to join our yoga studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in yoga instruction. This role involves designing and leading engaging yoga classes tailored to diverse client needs, promoting wellness, and fostering a positive environment for all participants. Certification and experience in various fitness modalities are highly valued to enhance program offerings and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead engaging and safe yoga classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels, ensuring proper technique and alignment. Educate clients on body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy to promote safe practice and injury prevention. Incorporate knowledge of sports coaching, personal training, and fitness sales to motivate clients and grow class participation. Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Skills Certified Yoga Instructor with relevant credentials. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy knowledge, and body mechanics to instruct safely and effectively. Proven ability to teach group fitness classes with excellent communication skills. Ability to design innovative programs that blend yoga with other fitness modalities such as Pilates or personal training. Knowledge of fitness sales techniques to promote classes and membership packages. Passion for health and wellness with a commitment to motivating clients toward their fitness goals.
