This position is ideal for someone who: Loves working with children and fostering creativity Enjoys designing and promoting school events and initiatives Thrives in a collaborative, faith-filled environment Wants to make a meaningful impact in both the classroom and the broader school community Position Overview The Art Teacher & Marketing Member will: Teach engaging and developmentally appropriate art classes Create a classroom environment that encourages creativity, exploration, and confidence Integrate Catholic values and faith into daily interactions and instruction Support the school's marketing and promotional efforts through creative design, event support, and community outreach This role offers tremendous variety and creativity while being part of a supportive and collaborative school culture. Teaching Responsibilities The Art Teacher will: Plan and deliver meaningful art instruction for students Foster creativity and artistic expression across grade levels Create engaging lessons that support student growth and participation Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment Encourage students spiritually, academically, socially, and creatively Participate in school events, concerts, activities, and the faith life of the school Marketing & Promotional Responsibilities As part of the school marketing team, this position will also: Help develop and implement annual school marketing initiatives Design promotional materials for school events, fundraising efforts, and community activities Assist with recruitment and promotional events Help coordinate school branding and communication materials Support decorating and promotional efforts for school events and celebrations Collaborate with administration and the marketing committee to showcase the strengths and mission of St. Wenceslaus School
